I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Real Energy Solutions (Houston, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very simple and straight forward. They are just looking to see if you are a hard worker or not. The questions are easy to answer so don't over think it. Just answer honestly. Also, make sure you are on time. Some people showed up late and they didn't interview them at all. After the 2nd interview, they called me back the next day and told me I was hired. They respond very quickly and don't leave you waiting around for an answer.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Real Energy Solutions (McAllen, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
Fairly straightforward, walked in and was impressed by the culture, pool table basket ball hoop, granted there was a fairly small tv on a huge wall which looked funny. Showed up on time and had to wait I suppose for the last interviewee. Short questions nothing grand, didnt really seem like the questions I asked got answered, they did dance around them, but always assured me about all the money one could make. They did state there was a $1000 draw, which isnt great but trust me they really dont want to pay you that, so it would seem they do think one will make more than that.

Interview
It was a nice place but there are nothing but kids that work there. When you walk in the music is blasting and everyone says hello but I felt i would be the oldest person there and I'm only 26. Its a few day process but after interviewing I told myself you don't want to work there.
