I interviewed with the Program Leads which seemed to go well. I, definitely, had the experience and was a 95% match to the position - especially, with certain government clients. Within 24hrs, I sent a Thank-you email. After 2-3 wks of allowing for the process, I submitted an additional two follow-up emails - about 1.5wks apart. Absolutely, no response of any kind. Interviewing is a two-way experience. To completely ignore a status inquiry and never respond, period is a very poor indicator.
