Interview
I applied online via craigslist ad. The first process of the interview was over the phone, the second was an in-person interview with the head of HR and the head of the Technical Support Department. They asked me questions about my past jobs and roles involved, also asked me questions about why I wanted to work in that position. They then gave me a quiz on some common requests clients would mention and asked me how I would resolve the issues.
