First round was with HR. Nice discussion of company and position. Discussed position, benefits, work from home policy. Wanted people to be in office several days per week. Next round would have been with leadership team.

I me with Human Resources and had a nice conversation. Conversation focused on company needs, my interests and goals, company culture, salary and benefits. This was the first interview in the hiring process. I chose not to move forward.
