Applied online in early November, a month later received email invitation to interview. Virtual interview in mid-December with immediate supervisor of role and another manager. They gave me more background on the role and the organization, and asked questions for about 1/2 hour, then I asked a few questions. They said this was 1st in 3-interview process. Good conversation. About a week later received email that I would not be in finalist pool, diplomatic and honest about how they saw my strengths.
