Thorough 2-3 Interviews Started with an essay, followed by a phone interview, 1:1 in person interview. Lastly, a second administrator emailed along with a veteran teacher. The staff was informative and asked great questions, I felt like they got a true picture of my experience and capabilities based on their questions.
