This interview process was super simple. There was one video interview with a recruiter and a department employee. They really wanted to know who you were and what you understood about the position and role.

Pretty easy, 30 30-minute interview in which I was asked basic behavioral questions and discussed my resume. She was really nice and explained what the internship would be about. Discussed questions about being in a team and how I would overcome certain situations.

1 interview around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mainly checking if your skillset fits with what they're looking for. Was interviewed by the section manager and two other engineers. The position was for mechanical engineering
