I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raytheon
Interview
It was a Super Friday event where all the candidates were given a time slot to speak to their two interviewees. Both my interviewees were relaxed and friendly. Did not feel stressed during the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Raytheon (Tewksbury, MA) in Sept 2021
Interview
It was a one and done interview so treat it as such and not a formality HR gate keeping thing. I spoke with the manager who did not introduce themselves as a manager until after the interview concluded. It was about 2 hours long of various interpersonal questions for handling situations. If you get into an interview, then it was assumed that I already had the technical skillset and they were checking out my personality to see if I could fit in with the manager's team culture. I ended up working for another manager completely, but I still stay in contact with the interviewing manager who keeps tabs on me as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Raytheon (Denver, CO) in Feb 2023
Interview
Went to an open house meeting in Denver CO and interviewed with multiple groups within the Missiles & Defense. It was very cold, so only a few people were there and I got plenty of time to discuss positions and what to expect. It was very helpful.
