They went over my portfolio and asked questions primarily about FEA: how I set it up, boundary conditions, what kind of analysis has been done. They focused on modal analysis because dynamics testing is what is primarily done at RTX. They wanted to find people who'd be intrested in learning more about what they do (dynamics fea).

Interview
One round 45-minute Zoom interview with two managers. The entire interview was a technical discussion about my experiences, and I liked the energy. Last 5-10 minutes or so was for questions.
