Second Stage was an interview that required the group to formulate an ordered response based on both logic and morals.

Third Stage was a solo technical interview that asked you to touch on previous work / tertiary study experience. The interviewers asked how the candidate would deal with certain situations (i.e. conflict) or how they would adapt previous experience to potential work in the defence context.
