Interview
Done over Microsoft Teams and asked fairly standard questions about skills and experience. If you know the technologies they are after, there shouldn't be a problem. If you treat the process as a conversation, it should go well.

Graduate Program (Grad-X) Interview was an odd process, but somewhat good to get a broad understanding of the available candidates. The process was a multi-stage interview process that combined technical and soft-skill response.

Question 1
First Stage was a group introduction that was around 30sec and got the candidate to tell the group their background and touch on a few "fun facts".
Third Stage was a solo technical interview that asked you to touch on previous work / tertiary study experience. The interviewers asked how the candidate would deal with certain situations (i.e. conflict) or how they would adapt previous experience to potential work in the defence context.
