Applied to an office in Duluth, MN.
First interview with a VP and the VP of investments went well. VP sounded excited, I was excited all was well.
2nd interview with 2 of the financial planners and the VP of Investments also seemed like it went well, typical interview questions. I was told I would hear something back by the end of the next week. I sent a follow-up email after the interview. Roughly a week after the interview, I sent an email asking for an update on the interview process. Not a word. They ghosted me.
2 months later, I got a rejection email. Now I'm glad I didn't get the job. It's a small office,I kind of got the impression by the questions they were difficult to work with. I will never interview at Raymond James again.
