It was a cool interview, good recruitment team, I was asked about my experience and English profile before the first interview, then had oral interview, and managed to pass easily after my self introduction,
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Raya CX (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
I was applying for Email & Chat account, the process was as follows:
1) HR interview
- Group interview - Introduce yourself - Recruiter may discuss with you whatever you have mentioned
If passed>>
2) Typing test
You should type a given paragraph with a minimum rate of 30 words/min
If passed>>>
3) Account team leader interview
- Similar to the HR interview
- I was asked: Why do u want to work in Customer Service?
If passed>>>
4) Aptis Test
- British Council test
- Writing, Listening, Grammar, Vocab
*All above processes could be done on the same day*
If passed>>>
5) Client interview
- A chat with the client on google hangouts - Introduce yourself - I was asked: Why do you want to join Email and Chat in Raya?
If passed>>>
The recruiter will hand you the job offer
