I had a phone screen, a technical interview through Coderbyte, an interview with one an employee at the company, and a final interview with the founder of the company. The technical interviews were moderate in difficulty. In the final interview with the founder you are asked to sign an agreement to allow their company to change our resume by adding experience to your resume that you have never actually worked on. They say that it is normal to do this and they will tell you everything you need to know to talk about these projects during your interviews. They do this so that you have enough years of experience on your resume to apply to mid to senior level roles. For me I did not feel comfortable with agreeing to this.
