Interview process was fine however after making it to the final round of decisions, I had to follow-up multiple times to find out they went with another candidate. It would have been appreciated to have better communication from the hiring staff.

Interview
HR was very communicative and the scheduling was easy and fast. I made it to round two with the VP, and I thought the conversation went really well. I sent a thank you email then received a personalized rejection from HR a few days later.

How do you ensure your content gets picked up by policymakers?
The process involved an intro call, a call with 2 senior team members, and a writing assignment. The second phone interview was a bit confusing as I wasn't sure if it was an actual interview or another informational conversation. I was also unclear on the position I was being considered for.
