Interview
Interview is straightforward. You need to study for a demo lesson. Good thing is that you will be given materials to study so prepare well. You need to be on time during the scheduled interview. Demo lesson will be with a Japanese student. Outcome will depend on how you do the demo lesson.
The interview was fast. There was a test call that took less than 5 minutes to check your connection, video and audio. After passing the test call, I was recommended for a final interview where my English proficiency was tested. The final interview included a demo lesson.

First , you'll have to pass an English Proficiency Test. Then, you’ll have to reserve a slot for the test call and interview process. Afterwards, you’ll be notified about your schedule for confirmation. The test call and interview will be done online through Skype.

Interview
The whole interview process was smooth and relaxed, you just have to be yourself. Don't lie about something you aren't, because they will ask again situationally. Make sure of your pronunciation and diction because they will take note of that.
