The initial step consisted of 3 back-to-back one-on-one interviews during which 2 Branch Managers and 1 District Manager read off a list of questions, general and BEI. Some questions were relevant, some not. There was a job shadow to follow - half day spent with Agents in office and out on visits. Administered a Wonderlic assessment at some point during the interview process, but I do not recall whether or not it was at the beginning or end.
