Randstad's bias on gender/sex, nationality and language is clearly and unambiguously emphasized by all the steps of the recruiting process. All the interviewers are females, their nationality is the nationality of a candidate, their mother tongue is the language required for the job. First, you are contacted by phone to check if you speak the language required for the role, and what is your location. Secondly, one more native female interviewer checks if you can make a lengthy talk on the native level in the language required for the job. Thirdly, a native female manager makes an interview to check how long can you survive with her emotional state played to be depressed. In the last part, you are almost totally questioned about everything, including you personal life, such like whether you are married or single, with direct questions towards determination of your sexuality. For experienced candidates, it is really a waste of time and a waste of energy to answer simply a questionnaire read from the screen by all the interviewers.
