Was called by Randstad employee about a recruitment role onsite with a client of theirs. No communication between the recruiter between interview request and it taking place. 3 weeks later and no news. Had to chase (could tell it was a no but radio silence from the recruiter
Is never acceptable). Another week passed and email received with ‘rejected’ and no feedback. Not even a courtesy call. In this day and age feedback is paramount

Standard interview process but felt some concerns when they mentioned that the team was shrinking in size. This was a bit of a red flag with a lot of consultants leaving.

Na hora de abordar e agendar primeira entrevista foram ageis. Participei da primeira etapa, recebi feedback que tinha sido bem avaliada e estavam aguardando retorno para agendar próximos passos. Nunca tive retorno depois disso, mesmo mandando mensagem para saber o prazo que tinham para retornar.
Achei lamentavel a postura da empresa que sempre respeitei, mas o time de Talent Acquisition deixou muito a desejar.
