Industrial, feels like a part of a mass procedure, with a junior associate. The person was nice, the questions very standard, less focus on capabilities, more on history. The test (Soft ware usage) was very basic, I do not know how will it demonstrate the real skills/knowledge.
Colloquio poco chiaro e recruiter impreparata, non aveva ben chiara la posizione e poneva domande troppo generiche, spesso ripetute diverse volte, il colloquio è stato troppo lungo per non dire nulla di importante
Aptitude Test is the first that you need to clear then you proceed for further rounds and PI at 4 different levels will be conducted by BM, CH and HR at HO level. Process took 4-5days
