Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Randstad (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very good, I was kept informed the whole way. The interviewer was friendly and asked some very thought provoking questions. The interview process was nice and short - it wasn't dragged out as some places are.
There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There will be scenarios to test your response to rejections from clients and candidates - to get an understanding of how well you respond to rejections/queries in terms of behaviour and tactfulness
Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture
easy process, 3 stages typically.
nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
