Interview
Lengthy but fair. I had 4 interviews, which is a lot less than most people. Typically the higher up roles have more interviews. They get to know you first as a person and second as an employee. They want to know if you’re a good culture fit and if you would excel in your role.

The interview process is lengthy and thorough. The process can take as little as a month and as long as 6 months. They want to ensure that applicants understand the values of the company and will fit into the culture. If you are not a Christian and do not align with the values, you will probably not get hired or would not enjoy working there if you did.
