Interview process was way too long, and they asked to speak to my spouse, about my church, and faith which felt weird and inappropriate.. Almost like it was way to get answers to questions that they cannot otherwise ask you as the candidate. Everything felt a bit "culty" after the first phone call.

interview process was very thorough. I met with about 5 different employees overall. Everyone was nice. I got to have a final interview at a restaurant which was great. I think they are very thorough in their interview questions and provide realistic expectations about the job.
