Interview
They seem to be looking for a sense that you are already oriented and prepared to enter the classroom environment as a person capable of being responsible for a large group of young learners, including those with special needs. I recommend focusing on your work history where it touches on subject strengths, your ability to manage a classroom, working as a team with other school professionals, and/or providing special needs support.

Interview
A panel of 3 School District employees were prepared with a written list of about 10 questions. They only asked those questions. I had a copy of the questions in front of me too. They were friendly but a little nervous. The interview took about 30 minutes.
