I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rakuten (Tokyo) in Nov 2019
Interview
Total, I have 5 rounds for the whole of process including assessment.
The first round was online programming quiz. And the second technical interview with tech lead. After this, for the third round I did culture fit interview with the manager.
And unfortunately they switch my position to another role, and I should need 1 round more.
The fourth round was interview with business team, and the last (fifth round) interview with some senior managers.
It was great and fun experience for me reaching until the final interview. But, my skill didn't match with the role that I've switched. So i'm not getting an offer from them
