I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rakuten
Interview
Outside; two very nice HR Managers. Asked me basic questions and pretended to write things I said down. Behavioral interview. Either they'd already made a decision, or they were just naturally very chill, which is a clue to an interviewee to ask a million Qs to demonstrate interest and knowledge of the position and company. I was very interested in the position itself, so not a problem.
Hiring style is very intuitive; they'd already seen my resume and were simply screening to see if I was aspie or a psycho. Generally, a very good experience.
Currently waiting for results. If not chosen, I can basically expect I came off too nervous.
