Got an email asking me for an interview literally months after I had submitted my application. My interviewer was someone doing a similar job at a different level and department. He seemed excited and was supposed to send me his details after the call and organize the next call with the role’s actual manager. Several weeks later I never got feedback or a next interview. Proper ghosting. Which doesn’t reflect right on the company’s culture.
