I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Norman, OK) in Jan 2015
Interview
Ask about values such as honesty and work ethic. Contained questions about personal goals and hobbies, etc. The hardest part is filling out the application in the first place. Just be open and enthusiastic.

Question 1
How do you cope with fast-paced and sometimes stressful scenarios?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
