I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (New Orleans, LA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I walked in 10 minutes early. Then i asked for the manger. The cashier was nice and offered me a drink. I sat and waited 10 extra minutes just for them to tell me the manager was busy. Then another few minutes passed and a crew member came out. The crew member interviewed me and obviously didn't know what he was doing. The manager was supposed to interview me, so that is unprofessional. I felt that i did great in the interview but still didn't get the job.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
