The process took over 2-3 weeks.
There are 4-5 rounds in total.
1. The HR calls up and asks about you and your current tech stack. Would expect you to know about Raisin before you come for the interview and your salary expectation.
2. If you screen through the above round, you will be invited to another session with a lead engineer, who would majorly ask about the technologies you are working on, and interview you on Springboot, microservice, what is the one challenge you faced, and solved, security related questions, etc.
3. They would give a take-home challenge which you need to solve in a day's time or so.
4. Discussion on the solution you provided.
5. Final round with hiring manager.
Unfortunately, I was not invited to 4th round, though they haven't provided the feedback for the same. But I personally feel that they should at least call up the candidate for the 4th round after the tech challenge and try and discuss the solution provided and understand the candidate's thought process he/she has put in while doing it. Rather than rejecting them by analyzing the solution by yourself.
All in all, the process was not that great. I haven't been told what was missing on my part.
