The interview process at RaiseNow was efficient, structured, and provided a great impression of the company. It started with an initial interview with Rafael, the CTO, who is experienced and welcoming, which left a strong positive impression. The second interview was with Rafael again, joined by an experienced developer, where we discussed my experience, design patterns, and clean coding practices in PHP, followed by a coding challenge.
The third interview was with the entire team, where each team member asked me a few questions and gave me the opportunity to learn more about the position and team dynamics. Lastly, I had an interview with the CEO, a young and passionate person with a friendly attitude, which further solidified my enthusiasm for joining the company.
The process was swift, with the final two interviews scheduled within the same week, and the entire process took about three weeks. Everyone I met was knowledgeable, and the focus was clearly on evaluating both my technical experience and my fit with the company’s values and culture.
