I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rainmaking (Singapore) in Aug 2020
Interview
There was a screening round, a case study, and a more in-depth interview based on the case study responses.
Interviewer was more interesting in proving he was smarter and more capable than me. Took a very adversarial and confrontational approach. Later, the interview feedback given to me was, I didn't know my work.
It was odd, because interviewer was from a different background than me and had less years of working experience.
Interviewer was also frank about their goals: that they were still shopping and might not hire anyone at this point.
