Rainier Flight Service interview questions

I had an interview with the chief instructor and one of their flight supervisor. Overall atmosphere was welcoming and nice. Most questions were "Tell me about a time...". I could feel that the chief instructor has pride in what he does. I thought the interview went well, but didn't get the job.
