During the video interview, the operations mgr had many age related questions. He made a snide comment about being a commercial operation, as if to imply that if you are not in your twenties you won't be able to handle the job. Very serious, no smiling, disappointed I wasn't the 20 yr old jock that he normally hires I guess.
