Phone interview followed by 4 rounds ( 1 technical) interview virtually due to covid. I was offered in the end when I asked for more pay since it was not the base pay I initially expressed as the minimum, I never heard back, even though they promised to get back to me. At least as a courtesy or if there was any value for the time spent, any good organization would reply. I think you are seen more as a resource than as a person here.
