Face -face round,I was introduced to deputy manager .he asked me about my btech days ,my project ,why unwant to choose carrer in networking ,and about the Organization.why do you want to work in this organization.

Tell me about yourself ,tel me about what you know about the organization,What is ofc ,describe lan ,how does OSPF work,Ip addressing ,working of a switch ,hardware connectivity of a router ,what is the main difference between switch and a router ,what is public and private ip ,where they are implemented

Its an direct interview process . They test our patience too . They hire according to the projects ,it was a field work job . Here they work max according to the projects and not according to the shifts
