First they called a week earlier of the interview date. Then Two days before they called again. It’s rare for a company in Bangladesh to do this & be this attentive towards a candidate.
First they gave a form to fill up personal information exactly like a CV. Then they took a Written/MCQ test of 30 Marks. 15 Marks for English with Analogy, Aptitude & Analytical Questions. 15 Marks for Geometry, Aptitude & Analytical Math Question. After they took an initial viva. A HR Sir & Factory Sir is present in this viva. Mostly Battery Related Question is asked. How many types of battery this company makes. Why is lead acid battery so popular. Everything battery Related. SCM, Six Sigma & Some Production related Questions are also asked.
If someone is passed in these exams & by requirement they are called for Final Viva with CEO, MD & GM Sir.
They provided Tea & Biscuits in the morning. At they Lunch they provided Biriyani. Which is very rare in Bangladesh. I experienced it only in this company. My Respect is forever & more for this company . No other company does this much for a Candidate. Others company should learn from Rahimafrooz.
