Ragnarok interview questions

It wasn't the smoothest interview process but could have been worse, I suppose. All 3 of my interviews were a half hour, which felt perfect for 1:1, but for my "group" interview it felt incredibly rushed. It also felt like the interviewers were unprepared. In my group interview, one of them mentioned that they had yet to view my resume even. (Which if that's the case, maybe save face and not mention that?) My interview process took just over a month and included 3 interviews and an online skills assessment. I sent follow up emails after my final interview and never heard back from anyone at Ragnarok regarding the status of the position. I found out the position was filled another month after my final interview by seeing the now current employee listed on their site. After the interview process, I'm not particularly disappointed I didn't get the job, I am however disappointed in the lack of communication, particularly after the interview process took place. Ragnarok seems to care about its employees and that grace should be extended to potential employees. Due to my experience, I would not recommend applying to Ragnarok to anyone in my personal network.

The interviewer was nice, but the entire interaction seemed robotic and scripted. In fact, it was clear they were reading questions from their computer screen the entire time. They also admitted they were very new (less than a month into the job), so they couldn't answer any of my questions. As such, any conversation that wasn't written down already came off as forced and awkward, or they just had to say "I'm sorry, I don't know." The questions asked were very few and very basic (see below), so in the end, I felt they just didn't want to know me on a personal or professional level.
