Application form in their website then Skype conference with the HR in Singapour then with the school director directly in Shanghai. The director didn't know anything about the position I was applying for. Quite unprofessional.

My initial inquiry to the company was responded to personally with a request to interview. We set the date and time, met at the company's headquarters and had an informal but straightforward conversation. The interviewer was a senior level member on the company and was able to discuss the details of the job without mediator.
