I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RadioShack in May 2011
Interview
I applied online during the weekend and got a call back for an interview on Monday. The online application was two parts - general employment history and then an intelligence test and a behavioral test. Then, I had a 1 to 1 interview with my local store manager and was referred to a district manager for a panel interview. The panel was on Wednesday and then I got a call from my local manager to offer me a position on Thursday. Overall, it was a simple, quick hiring process mostly based on behavioral and sales situation questions.
The interview was fairly easy. Manager was very down to earth and was able to explain the role in detail. In addition, he has been in his role for 5 years.
