The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RadioShack in Mar 2012
Interview
I went in for an interview and the dm was real nice. he asked questions about sales and how do you do external selling. Radio Shack wanted me to work 50-55 hours for 28,000 a year with potential bonuses that i might make 35,000. Way too much work and hours for that amount of money. The guy keeps calling acting like we never interviewed trying to get me to come back in. Insane and crazy!!!! i rated this interview experience as negative because what they were offering was not worth my time with all my retail mgmt experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at RadioShack in Apr 2020
Interview
There was a group interview.
There was a follow interview with the DM
There was not a lot of consistency and probably could have been more in depth.
This was in brand for the company
