Interview
3 interviews with lead analyst, manager and president then an extra one for candidate to ask questions about the role. Also a 1 hour case study/presentation. Process took 2 months in total and communication was intermittent towards end.

Lots of questions about experience, case study and generic working style questions mixed in with personal ones at the end.
Sent my CV followed by a phone interview. Discussed ambitions for role and what my experience. Didn't receive a call-back. But was handled very well. Friendly staff, easy communication and very straightforward.
