Interview
I had an initial facetime interview with the franchise owner. He was very kind patient, and respectful. He was inquisitive but genuine and friendly. While wrapping up the interview (things went well) we set up a time to meet in person. I then met with both him and his wife who now runs all salons.

Interview
The interview process was in depth and took a while. It was a group interview which included a tour of the salon as well as a Q&A about what the waxologist position required and includee benefits.

Interview
Going into the interview was very welcoming. I was originally only supposed to interview with their manager but the owners ended up being there as well so I got two interviews in one day. Very amazing atmosphere, they made me feel really comfortable and accepted. I got a call a few days later saying I got the job!

Interview
Interview went very smoothly. Manager and Area Director were both in the room. They asked me a few questions but were more focused on getting to know me as a person and if I was the right fit for their company and culture. Went over training, benefits, pay, etc. Very thorough interview and went extremely well. I have never felt so confident in receiving an offer.
