I had a phone interview with N. Lecher. This interview was followed up with an in person interview with she and P. Lane her co-franchisee. They hired me, asked me to recruit at my last job, led me on for several months, then terminated me when I was hospitalized for a respiratory disease.

Interview
The interview process was in depth and took a while. It was a group interview which included a tour of the salon as well as a Q&A about what the waxologist position required and includee benefits.

Interview
Going into the interview was very welcoming. I was originally only supposed to interview with their manager but the owners ended up being there as well so I got two interviews in one day. Very amazing atmosphere, they made me feel really comfortable and accepted. I got a call a few days later saying I got the job!

Interview
Interview went very smoothly. Manager and Area Director were both in the room. They asked me a few questions but were more focused on getting to know me as a person and if I was the right fit for their company and culture. Went over training, benefits, pay, etc. Very thorough interview and went extremely well. I have never felt so confident in receiving an offer.
