I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an initial phone conversation. I also had a video interview with the hiring manager and that went very well. She mentioned that I would hear something within days for the next step. Weeks later, nothing. Sent two follow up emails to the recruiter with no response. From reading other interview experiences, looks like I'm not the only one being ghosted and HR hasn't improved their processes. Shame. I thought it was a great company and opportunity.
