The people there seem to be friendly. There are two rounds of interviews, one sniff test with basic problems and behavioral questions, and one serious technical round after, if you qualify.

I met with the software manager, introduced myself and told them about my previous jobs and work history, they asked me 2 simple questions. I showed them that I had done a project in the framework they used. But they didn't get back to me, they could have politely said you weren't hired.
