I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ra Pharamaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Had an in person interview. People I spoke with were calm and collected. Our conversations were easy going and friendly. They asked the right questions. I ended up meeting with about 4 different people.
One round of interview with potential coworkers and some members of the Sr. Management team. The interview process was standard. There were no surprises, everything was straightforward and as expected.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ra Pharamaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I interviewed with 6 people, 30 min each. The interviews were fairly typical, a mix of technical and work ethic questions, except for one interviewer that lectured me the entire 30 minutes without asking me a single question. What was more concerning was what happened after the interview. I had sent a thank you note to the research group leader, and about a week later I heard I didn't get the job. Disappointing, but fine. However, the group leader wants to give me feedback on my interview. Strange, but I'll hear what he has to say. Group leader proceeds to send me a very detailed email with "constructive" criticism (it was not constructive). Very put off by the lack of professionalism and tact exhibited by the leadership. Definitely a red flag.
