The interview process consists of 170 pages of study material, 4 modules with tests, a 3 part Final Exam. You will not be able to continue to the next step until current step is completed/passed.

After completing the prequalifying training modules/guidelines, quizzes and exam, I got an email from RWS within 4 days to let me know that I had passed it, and to set up a job interview. It was very easy to schedule the interview (within 2 days) . The interview lasted only 20 mins via Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was very friendly and asked relevant questions. Then I was tested on one concept from the modules/guidelines. After that, I was given administrative information about the position - pay, hours, type of work (W2), vacation/absences, etc. I was also asked to show physical proof of work eligibilty in the US (so make sure that your camera is working) and to give my address. Then I was given a tentative starting date and asked how many hours I would be able to work per week. Lastly, I was told to expect further communication and check my email frequently (including spam folder). I got the job offer within 2-3 hours after the interview. In summary, the interview process was painless, friendly and informative.
