Interview
Very long and slow interview process took months to complete. Online application, telephone interview, then video interview and an assessment day.
No feedback after the assessment day, just told didn't get the job.
Was introduced as behavioral but was fairly technical. Asked a few technical questions about subjects of your choice. Discussed past experiences from my resume and what I would do in other technical scenarios.
Described the work done at the location. Then asked several unrelated technical positions to the job title. Asked about software engineering experience and principles unrelated to job description or responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTX (Windsor Locks, CT) in May 2025
Interview
the interview was very laid back and conversational, mainly had typical behavioral questions with no technical questions. the interviewer was clear about when i would hear back and gave enough time to ask questions near the end.
