There was a personality assessment, then an online assessment centre, before finally an in person interview at the Bristol office. I have say the assessment centre was the hardest of any I attended, including 2 big 4s. The interview was standard content wise, but the atmosphere in the office was the best I'd witnessed. Had a chance to chat to a couple of apprentices/grads and my interviewer was very friendly.

Very friendly in person interview. They asked me typically questions such as tell me about yourself, why this role etc. also this was the last stage interview so majority of the in-depth screening had been done
