short, easy, mainly behavioral not too many technical, show interest in the firm and do your research beforehand, also they took a while to respond so was interesting to say the least

Super easy, I applied online and then received an email with a date and zoom link after about a couple weeks. Met with them on said date and received an offer within a week.

The rest of the interview was about personal things and getting to know each other better not so much actual interview questions.

Interview
I applied and attended their meet the firm night. A week later I got a call from the recruiter confirming what positions I was applying for and scheduling my interview. The interview was virtual. I had two half hour interviews with two different tax partners. Interview was fairly easy, I also made sure to let them know how interested I was in working for RSM.
